Alinity Divine
Alinity was a plaintiff in a suit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch user who has filed an action against Twitch and sought damages in the amount of $25 million. The user claimed Twitch exposed him to explicit sexually explicit material from female streamers. According to court documents from Dexerto Estavillo, who earlier sued Microsoft as well as Sony and also Nintendo and Blizzard and Blizzard, filed the suit on June 15 and Twitch received an official summons on the next day. Estavillo as per the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint filed is suffering from a variety of medical issues that require him to rely on internet for entertainment. Additionally, he suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder and an addiction to sexual activity. As per the complaint, Twitch makes these issues more severe. The complaint then outlined a number of female Twitch streamers and claimed that they "continue to expose users to sexually addictive material and regularly on a daily and constant daily basis." Alinity isn't included. The complaint demands each of these streamers to be banned permanently from Twitch because they violated the Terms of Service. The complaint also demands the payment of $25 million, that will "be divided equally between the complainant, all other Twitch Turbo Subscribers and the remaining funds."
